At MONTOTO, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you have a period of 30 calendar days from the date of receipt to request a size exchange, an exchange for another item, or a return of the purchased products.
To manage any exchange or return, you only need to contact us via email at pedidos@montoto.com, indicating:
- Order number.
- Item or items you wish to exchange or return.
- Reason for the exchange or return.
Once we receive your request, we will provide you with the steps to follow. MONTOTO will cover the collection costs from your home to make the process as convenient as possible for you.
The items must be in perfect condition, with their original tags and corresponding packaging.
Once received and verified that they meet these conditions, we will proceed to manage the requested exchange or, in the case of a return, the corresponding refund.
